These Terms of Use govern your access to managednoc.com (the "Site"), operated by Avalon Web Services LLC ("Avalon"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose — no professional advice

The Site provides general information about Avalon's managed NOC, managed SOC, monitoring, and related services. Content on the Site is provided for business and technical information purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, accounting, or other professional advice, and does not by itself create any compliance certification or attestation. References to frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, CIS Controls, or similar describe how our services can support controls, readiness, and evidence collection; determinations of compliance remain the responsibility of your organization and its qualified advisors and auditors.

No engagement without agreement

Using the Site or submitting the contact form does not create a service engagement, client relationship, or contract. Services are provided only under a separately executed written agreement (such as a service order or statement of work) that defines scope, pricing, and terms. Descriptions of packages and services on the Site are informational summaries, may change without notice, and are not offers capable of acceptance.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the contact form.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-harvest content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
