This website, managednoc.com (the "Site"), is operated by Avalon Web Services LLC ("Avalon," "we," "us"), a limited liability company based in the United States. You can contact us regarding privacy matters at sales@awservices.org.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: name, business email, phone number (optional), company name, company size, industry, service interest, number of sites, current tools, message content, and your preferred contact method. You provide this information voluntarily and with your explicit consent via the consent checkbox.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data required to serve the Site, such as IP addresses and request logs, for security and operational purposes. Our contact endpoint records IP-derived request counts briefly in memory for rate limiting. Our CAPTCHA provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots when you submit the form.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate, explicit consent.

Legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws apply, we process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries; technical/security data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Site: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CAPTCHA), and our transactional email provider (delivery of your form submission to our sales mailbox). Each acts as a processor under its own terms and safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Contact inquiries are retained as business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion sooner (see Your rights).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) have comparable rights, including the right to know and the right to deletion. To exercise any right, email sales@awservices.org. We will verify and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

The Site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, restrictive security headers, CAPTCHA and rate limiting on form endpoints, and least-privilege access to submitted data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
